School development is about spontaneous and/or planned changes and improvements for schools as organizations to succeed better in their striving.

The school development network has a broad perspective and is open for researchers working with all aspects of issues related to school development, including for instance:

The aim of the network is to stimulate researchers interested in school development to meet, exchange and discuss school development ideas in the Nordic countries.
