Dear network 20 participant<\/span><\/b>, <\/span><\/p>

It is our pleasure to invite you to the pre-conference for NERA 2026 in Aarhus, Denmark. We invite junior (PhD\/doctoral students) and senior scholars and others interested in doing research connected to and curious or critical about mentoring, guidance, and counselling. <\/span><\/p>

The purpose of the pre-conference is to strengthen the research network around mentoring, guidance and counselling connected to education in the Nordic countries and to allow for meetings and academic debate between PhD\/doctoral students, seniors and other scholars.<\/span><\/p>

The pre-conference is free of charge, but lunch and dinner are paid for by the attendees. Please register with an email to anneb@sdu.dk no later than February 19th<\/sup>, 2026<\/b>. You are very welcome to use the same mail for any questions.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

This year\u2019s pre-conference will consist of two intertwined parts: <\/span><\/a><\/p>

The first part of the day (11\u201313) will consist of presentations and discussion on the different aspects on developing student responsibility and -autonomy in the supervision meeting<\/span>.<\/span> This session will introduce different aspects on developing student responsibility and -autonomy in the supervision meeting. The second part of the day (14\u201317) will continue with presentations and discussions on different aspects on developing student- responsibility and -autonomy in the supervision followed by a laboratory where participants explore different aspects of student autonomy across different contexts of supervision with and with out AI. The session will be chaired by the preparatory team. <\/span><\/p>
